Host Luma uses account, repository, deployment, billing, and support information to provide AI hosting, Git deployments, automatic builds, preview URLs, SSL, managed infrastructure, and customer support.
Information we process
We may process contact details, authentication details, connected repository metadata, deployment logs, domain configuration, billing records, and support messages when you use the platform.
Repository and deployment data
When you connect a project, Host Luma processes repository metadata, build output, deployment status, logs, domains, and related technical information needed to operate the hosting service.
How it is used
Information is used to run deployments, secure accounts, operate infrastructure, process payments, diagnose issues, improve reliability, and communicate service updates.
Security
Operational credentials and infrastructure secrets are handled by the platform and should not be shared through support requests or public project files.
Host Luma AI Assistant
Public pages include “Ask Luma”, the Host Luma AI Assistant. Questions you type are sent to Host Luma’s own backend, which answers from approved Host Luma product information. The assistant has no access to customer accounts, deployments or billing records. Please do not enter passwords, API keys, payment-card details or sensitive personal information. Host Luma keeps anonymised usage and reliability metrics for the assistant, not the content of your questions.
